Appointment and Referral Process

Please contact the clinic via telephone or email.

A convenient appointment will be arranged where appropriate.

Request a formal referral through your medical professional such as your GP, Paediatrician or current Psychiatrist.

At the time of booking your appointment Medicare rebate, gap fee, deposit & payment methods will be discussed.

To cancel or reschedule an appointment SJP Psychiatry requires 48 hours notice (excluding weekends and public holidays) in which case full deposit will be returned. If less than 48 hours notice is given or the appointment is not attended then the full deposit will be forfeited.
